We crunched the numbers to find what states and counties give you the most disposable income after paying your mortgage. This is calculated using median salary, home price, and property tax in every area.
Obviously, no one moves to an entire state. They move to an area within that state, and areas within states can vary widely. So we made an interactive chart for you to find more information about the local area you’re interested in, and the neighboring areas surrounding it.
